Through my photography, I try to make a difference in people's lives, whether it's taking photos of blind children in Mali for Helen Keller International, photos of diseased Pygmy children in Cameroun for UNICEF or photos of a sustainable tourism project in Cuba for UNDP. Combined with my writing, I try to address issues pertaining to disappearing Indigenous cultures and the forces causing their demise, namely unsustainable tourism, oil exploration, logging and mining on traditional lands, global warming, genocide etc. Most recently I have been making movies of my experiences which I post to my website and YouTube.
