Sara Bennett spent 18 years as a public defender with a specialty in representing battered women and the wrongly convicted. Her work has been widely exhibited and featured in, among others, The New York Times, The New Yorker Photo Booth, and Variety & Rolling Stone’s “American (In)Justice.”
