The project brought together her passion for comedy\, storytelling\, and meaningful impact—marking a turning point in her work.Following October 7\, her photography took on a new level of urgency. She launched Heroes of Truth: Portraits of Courage in partnership with American Friends of Soroka to support the Psychiatric Department at Soroka Medical Center\, with a focus on PTSD treatment. The series highlights individuals standing up for Israel and confronting rising antisemitism\, documenting courage in real time while ensuring these stories are seen\, honored\, and carried forward. \nBefore focusing on this work\, she built her career in advertising—starting at Grey NYC and later serving as a Senior Art Director at SMA NYC. Limor now works as the in-house photographer and Marketing Director for Gallin. \nToday\, Limor balances commercial photography with purpose-driven projects. Her work is rooted in a simple belief: photography should do more than look good—it should say something\, stand for something\, and occasionally… make people laugh. \n\n \n \n Date & Time:June 27\, 7:00pm – 9:30pm \n Location:SVA Theatre \n Instructor:Jennifer Lorem
