Legal & Business Bootcamp for Arts Professionals

PWP is now a co-sponsor of Volunteer Lawyers of the Arts (VLA)
bootcamp workshop. Because of this you are entitled to a discount of
$25 to attend. The next workshop is June 28. I’ve attached the email

Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts is presenting its signature nationwide
educational program, Legal and Business Bootcamp for Arts
Professionals, in New York on Saturday, June 28, 2008. You are
entitled to a special discount to the Bootcamp because of your
membership or affiliation with Professional Women Photographers.

Information about the Bootcamp is attached along with a quick-fax-in

VLA Legal and Business Bootcamp for Arts Professionals™ is a
comprehensive program about the legal and business issues that affect
individual artists and individuals within organizations and cultural
institutions. This program is for professionals within organizations,
individual artists, and art students at all stages of professional
development. Lawyers and other professionals who represent arts
professionals will also benefit from the course. Launched in 2005 with
over forty-five co-sponsors, this project is supported, in part, with
a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. The program was
offered five times last year in DC, NYC, LA and Vermont to sold-out
audiences who gave it rave reviews.
