Volunteer Recognition Party
November 14, 2005
Dekk Restaurant
On November 14, 2005, PWP hosted a volunteer recognition party for more than fifty volunteers who contributed their time to make last year (September 2004-June 2005) so successful for our organization. A dinner party was held at Dekk Restaurant in Tribecca and spirits were high as members enjoyed dinner, drinks and conversing with each other.
Because PWP is a non-profit organization, it depends on volunteers to help fulfill its missions. Some great motivators for volunteering are wanting to help, making friends and meeting new people. So if you missed our “thank you” party this year, join the committee of your choice and be a part of next year’s. To become a PWP volunteer, contact Connie Zack, Membership Chair.
