I was born in Kiev, Ukraine and immigrated with my family to the U.S when I was a child. The magnetism of New York City, with its looming skyscrapers and vibrant streets captivated me throughout my childhood and 3 years ago my photography brought me to settle in this city.
Through my photography of the street life, architecture, and people of New York City, I strive to show the beauty and psychology behind what we see as commonplace. I believe that magic can be found in the ephemeral moments of our lives. One only needs to learn how to look for it.
